Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operations and administration of the spa facilities.
• Ensure spa areas are clean, well presented, fully stocked and maintained to luxury standards.
• Assist with coordinating spa bookings, guest requirements and daily schedules.
• Welcome and assist guests, providing a professional and warm service.
• Liaise with therapists and other spa team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control and ordering of spa supplies.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained and report any maintenance requirements promptly.
• Assist with maintaining health, hygiene and safety standards throughout the spa.
• Handle guest queries and requests professionally and efficiently.
• Support the management team with administrative and operational duties as required.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa facilities while maintaining exceptional standards of service and presentation.

Key responsibilities
