Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support for telecommunications equipment and services.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to voice, data, and video systems.
- Respond to support tickets and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or specialized support teams as needed.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and testing of telecommunications equipment.
