Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing teams and service delivery within a community setting.
• In-depth knowledge of social welfare systems, child protection, and family support services.
• Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in case management software and administrative procedures.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and operational policies.
• Understanding of the social and economic context of Soweto.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the community.

Responsibilities
