Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Executive to cover Soweto and surrounding areas in the FMCG sector. You will drive sales growth, manage retailer and distributor relationships, ensure optimal stock levels, and execute regional sales strategies to expand market presence and brand visibility across outlets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years’ FMCG sales experience, a proven track record of hitting targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably FMCG.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and building customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed regional sales targets for FMCG products within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including retailers and distributors in Soweto and nearby areas.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and market share.
• Ensure effective product placement, merchandising, and promotional execution at customer outlets.
• Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales performance data and market trends to inform sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
