The role requires a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), 7+ years in business development or corporate strategy, and strong financial/negotiation skills to influence decisions at all levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in business development, partnerships, or corporate strategy within FMCG.
• Proven track record of launching new ventures or partnerships.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market segments and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and execute business development plans including market entry and expansion strategies.
• Build relationships with partners, clients and stakeholders to enable new ventures.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess viability of proposals.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to implement initiatives.
• Negotiate and structure contracts for partnerships and ventures.
