Placements24 in Mbombela (Nelspruit) seeks a Regional Sales Representative to drive FMCG product sales across the territory. You will build relationships with retailers, present our portfolio, and hit monthly and quarterly targets while expanding market share.

The ideal candidate has proven sales experience, CRM familiarity, and strong negotiation and communication skills. A drivers licence and willingness to travel within the region are essential.

Qualifications

• At least matriculation or equivalent qualification.
• Proven sales experience in FMCG or retail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to travel within the region.
• Self-motivated with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the assigned territory.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales techniques.
• Present and sell company products to new and existing customers, highlighting product features and benefits.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the region.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports on sales activities and performance.
