Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a creative Property Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies for a diverse property portfolio. The role is remote with a focus on properties around Tembisa, Gauteng, South Africa, to attract buyers and tenants through digital channels.

You will manage online campaigns, create content, analyze market data, and collaborate with sales to align marketing with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience with emphasis on digital marketing and content creation.
• Proven experience in real estate marketing is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and content creation skills.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics) and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for various property types (residential, commercial, etc.).
• Create engaging marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, social media content, and website copy.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to drive leads.
• Oversee the content calendar and social media presence for the company and its properties.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and emerging marketing trends.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide regular KPI, ROI, and insights reports.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing aligns with sales objectives.
• Organize and manage property launch events, open houses, and other marketing activities.
• Maintain up-to-date property listings on portals and the company website.
• Stay informed about new marketing technologies and strategies relevant to real estate.
