Placements24 is seeking a licensed and experienced Real Estate Broker to join a well-established Soweto agency. You will lead and mentor a team of agents, oversee transactions, and drive business growth in Gauteng while upholding the highest standards of service and ethics.

Your leadership, negotiation and market insight will shape the future of the agency, building client trust, expanding market share and ensuring regulatory compliance across all deals in Soweto and surrounding Gauteng

Qualifications

Valid Real Estate Broker license and relevant qualifications.
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
2+ years in a management or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of real estate agents, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the agency's market share and profitability in Soweto .
