Placements24 is seeking a personable Sales Agent to represent the brand in Soweto and surrounding communities. You will build trust with residents and businesses, explain products, and close sales while supporting local economic growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong understanding of and connection to the Soweto community.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
• A matric certificate or equivalent is required; further sales training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers in the Soweto community through outreach methods.
• Present and explain products or services effectively, addressing customer inquiries.
• Build and maintain positive relationships within the community to foster customer loyalty.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the local market.
• Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery or service activation.
• Gather feedback from the community to inform product and service improvements.
