Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes, workflows, and production data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) to streamline operations.
• Conduct time studies and motion analysis to optimize labor productivity and workflow.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and line workers to gather insights and implement process changes.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for improved processes.
• Track and report on KPIs related to operational efficiency and productivity.
• Support the implementation of new equipment or technologies to improve operational performance.
• Ensure all process improvements adhere to safety and quality standards.
