The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Auditing, 4+ years in internal or external audit, and professional certifications such as CIA, CISA or CA(SA). This role offers a professional work environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
• CIA/CISA/CA(SA) certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in internal or external audit.
• Solid understanding of COSO, risk management principles, and auditing standards.
• Proficiency in data analysis techniques and relevant audit software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits per annual plan.
• Evaluate internal controls and identify risks and gaps.
• Perform detailed audit testing and document findings clearly.
• Develop practical, cost-effective recommendations.
• Communicate findings to auditee management and leadership.
• Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations.
• Assist in risk assessment to identify key audit areas.
• Stay updated on regulations and emerging risks.
• Support continuous improvement of audit processes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
