The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and professional certifications such as CIA, CA(SA), or CISA are highly desirable. A proactive, independent approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CA(SA), or CISA is highly desirable.
• 4–6+ years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or risk management.
• Solid understanding of internal control frameworks (COSO) and auditing standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and document internal audit engagements per the annual audit plan.
• Assess internal controls, risk management processes, and governance structures.
• Identify control weaknesses and non-compliance issues.
• Develop practical recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare clear audit reports for management and audit committees.
• Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure closure.
• Conduct special investigations as requested by senior management.
• Stay current with industry regulations and emerging risks.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit methodologies.
