Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie in fine dining/high-end catering.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen management practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and quality in their work.
• Contribute to menu development, recipe creation, and costing for various catering events.
• Maintain rigorous standards of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation in the kitchen.
