Job summary

A prestigious luxury lodge in Pongola, Kwazulu-Natal is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join its dynamic hospitality team. Job Requirements

• 4-5 years' previous Sous Chef experience in a big 4/5-star lodge (essential)
• French-speaking skills preferred and advantageous
• Strong management and training abilities
• Cooking and hygiene qualifications beneficial
• Menu compilation and implementation expertise
• Ability to coordinate kitchen team with attention to detail and presentation
• Stock ordering and staff rostering experience
