Job summary

Bushwise is seeking an experienced Sous Chef for a prestigious safari lodge near Musina, Limpopo. Join a culinary team in a lodge environment and support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations to deliver high-quality, beautifully presented cuisine.

You will maintain top food safety and hygiene standards, lead and motivate the kitchen during service, and excel under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Live-in with meals discounts is offered, with salary up to R10 000.

Qualifications

• Previous Sous Chef experience, preferably within a lodge, safari or 4-star/5-star hospitality environment.
• Strong culinary skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
