Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, staff training, and extensive knowledge of Southern African wines. You will work closely with culinary teams to create memorable dining experiences and maintain inventory and budgets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sommelier or similar role.
• Ability to create well complemented food and wine pairings.
• Extensive knowledge of Southern African wines and vineyards.
• Cape Wine Academy/WSET Level 2 certification is a pre-requisite.
