Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sommelier in fine-dining or wine-focused environments.
• Formal wine education (WSET, CMS or equivalent) preferred.
• Deep knowledge of wine regions, grape varieties and food pairing.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
