Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Business and Solutions Analyst in Gauteng, South Africa. The role focuses on partner integration projects, PMO-aligned project plans, and pre-sales consultancy across suppliers, principals, and customers.

You will present architectures and ensure integration solutions align with business needs. Requirements include strong English communication, extensive project management, and a solid understanding of business processes.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in IT solution design, specification, and development.
• Familiarity with integration protocols.
• Experience in delivering integrations to external and internal solutions.
• Understanding of business operations and processes.
• Process analysis experience.
• Systems understanding with testing experience.
• Experience in delivering training to groups from Junior Staff to Executive Level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of all aspects of The Company's processing platform as related to integration projects.
• Provide pre-sales consultancy to suppliers, principals, and customers with Business colleagues.
• Proactively present The Company's preferred technical architectures and integration methods.
• Collaborate with technical staff from principals, suppliers, and customers to design end-to-end integration solutions.
• Create integration project plans in collaboration with PMO resources and internal teams.
• Initiate projects within the IT team and clearly communicate plans and delivery expectations.
