Job summary

The ideal candidate works across business and tech teams, bringing structure to complex initiatives and maintaining momentum with stakeholders while ensuring successful implementation and operational support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in business analysis, systems analysis and project delivery at mid–senior level.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/workstreams.
• BA qualification or recognised certification.
• Strong practical project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder discussions.
• Gather, analyse and document business, functional and system requirements.
• Prepare business requirements, functional specs, process maps and user stories.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT and cutover activities with stakeholders and vendors.
• Manage multiple projects from planning through to post‑implementation review.
