Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Business Analyst II for a 12-month contract in Sandton, Gauteng. You will liaise between stakeholders, elicit needs, and translate business requirements into IT solutions to support project objectives.

The ideal candidate understands medium to large projects, can align business and IT capabilities, and facilitate clear communication across organizational units while helping the company achieve its goals.

Responsibilities

• Apply a set of tasks and techniques to work as a liaison among stakeholders.
• Understand the problems, opportunities, needs, structure, policies, and operations of the organization on medium to large projects/medium risks.
• Recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
• Elicit and analyze the actual needs of the stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between organizational units.
• Play a central role in aligning the needs of business units with the capabilities delivered by information technology.
• Serve as a translator between business units and information technology groups.
