Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields.
• Experience designing energy storage system solutions.
• Proficient with CAD and office tools; able to create layouts and proposals.
• Strong command of English in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Solution System Design: Capable of designing solutions that meet the requirements of the power grid system based on customer needs and environmental characteristics.
• Technical Solution Planning: Able to formulate technical solutions while considering energy sources, energy storage systems, and intelligent control systems.
• Technical Evaluation and Optimization: Assess and compare different technical options to optimize the design of the power grid system.
• Communication and Coordination: Communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure understanding and implement solutions.
• Problem Diagnosis and Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues during design and implementation of power plants.
• Industry Trend Awareness: Monitor latest technological developments, policy changes, and market trends.
• Project Management Skills: Develop and execute project plans, manage time, resources, and costs.
