Network Finance seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced battery energy storage systems. You will guide projects from concept through implementation, ensuring technical specs, budgets, and timelines are met.

You will mentor the electrical team, perform system-level calculations, integrate with mechanical and software teams, and maintain rigorous technical documentation and compliance with energy storage standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years in electrical engineering; 3+ years in battery energy storage.
• Experience with battery chemistry, BMS, and power conversion systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop battery energy storage systems, including architecture, circuit design, and integration.
• Lead the electrical engineering team through project lifecycle, from concept through deployment.
• Perform calculations to establish standards using design and simulation tools.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Software, and Project teams for seamless integration.
• Advise on battery technology trends, innovations, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare design files, test reports, and product documentation.
• Ensure all projects conform to organizational policies and objectives.
