Job summary

Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. seeks a capable engineer to design power grid solutions with emphasis on energy storage and control architectures.

You will plan technical solutions, evaluate options, and coordinate with customers and teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, using CAD and Office tools to produce layouts and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical/energy engineering or related field.
• Deep understanding of power systems and energy storage technologies.
• Familiar with energy storage system design and configuration.

• Solution System Design: Capable of designing solutions that meet the requirements of the power grid system based on customer needs and environmental characteristics. This includes system architecture design, energy management, power distribution, and control, among other aspects.
• Technical Solution Planning: Able to formulate technical solutions while considering various factors such as energy sources, energy storage systems, transmission and distribution equipment, and intelligent control systems.
• Technical Evaluation and Optimization: Assess and compare different technical options to optimize the design of the power grid system, thereby improving efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Communication and Coordination: Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure the understanding and implementation of technical solutions, coordinate resources from all parties, and drive project progress.
• Problem Diagnosis and Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges that may arise during the design and implementation of power plants.
• Industry Trend Awareness: Continuously monitor the latest technological developments, policy changes, and market trends to maintain a leading position in the industry.
• Project Management Skills: Have project management experience and be able to develop and execute project plans, manage time, resources, and costs, and ensure timely project delivery and budget control.

Requirement:

• Technical background: Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields, with a deep understanding of power systems and energy storage technologies.
• Familiar with the design of energy storage system solutions and capable of designing and configuring energy storage projects.
• Proficient in using tools such as CAD and Office, and able to produce energy storage system layout plans, technical proposals, etc., based on customer requirements
