Job summary

Fundi Con Pty is seeking a seasoned HSE Manager to lead safety across site operations in the Renewable and Solar sector. You will implement HSE standards, train staff and audit behaviours to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and client requirements.

You will also coordinate site orientations, lead weekly safety meetings with subcontractors, investigate incidents and maintain all safety records, ensuring timely corrective actions and continuous improvement on site.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction site safety experience.
• Experience in the solar industry is advantageous.
• Valid SACPCMP Health and Safety accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Implement the project HSE standard through embedding systems, training staff and continuous auditing of behaviour.
• Establish and conduct job-site orientation for every new employee and administer participation records.
• Conduct and document pre-planning safety meetings with subcontractor safety representatives to establish safety procedures.
