Job summary

Oxyon People Solutions is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) support specialist for a complex solar PV construction project in Cape Town. The role will involve conducting field inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in HSE roles, relevant certifications, and proficiency in HSE software. Key responsibilities include managing access control systems and supervising safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HSE support roles, preferably in renewable energy or construction.
• Familiarity with HSE software and platforms such as HSE Hub and eGEstiona.
• Solid understanding of HSE regulations and contractor safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily HSE inspections with a 80% field work focus.
• Manage access control systems and update HSE Hub records.
• Supervise and enforce health & safety protocols.
