Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced After-Sales Coordinator to oversee repairs, maintenance and customer support in a fast-paced renewable energy environment. You will lead technician teams, manage daily operations, monitor performance and ensure excellent after-sales service delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in service coordination with strong understanding of solar energy, and proficiency in Asana or Zendesk. Valid Code 8 licence and fleet coordination experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business Management, Operations or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in technical support, customer success, service coordination or operational leadership.
• Strong understanding of solar systems and the renewable energy sector.
• Experience managing or coordinating technical/service teams.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Advanced proficiency in ticketing systems such as Asana, Zendesk or similar.
• Experience with fleet management/telemetry platforms advantageous.
• Valid Code 8 driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage after-sales technician teams.
• Coordinate daily technician readiness and job allocation.
• Maintain fleet health and monitor stock levels and tool status.
• Set, monitor and report on technician KPIs and productivity.
• Handle customer communications via calls and emails; manage complaints.
• Oversee warranty processes, repairs, returns and replacement stock.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and accurate documentation.
• Optimise routes and reduce travel to improve service efficiency.
