Job summary

Hire Resolve is assisting a renewable energy client in South Africa to recruit an After-Sales Coordinator. The role oversees repairs, maintenance, and customer support, coordinating technician teams and daily operations to ensure on-time service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in service coordination, strong customer focus, and knowledge of solar systems. Experience with fleet, warranty and KPI reporting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Operations or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in technical support, customer success, service coordination or operational leadership.
• Strong understanding of solar systems and the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead after-sales technician teams and coordinate capacity.
• Manage daily operations, scheduling and performance reporting.
• Oversee warranty processes and liaison with OEMs and suppliers.
• Maintain health and safety and control departmental costs.
