Job summary

e-Merge IT Recruitment partners with a mature organisation to find an experienced Software Development Team Lead to join their IT team and drive the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

You’ll take ownership of team performance, technical standards and delivery, ensuring projects run smoothly and solutions meet business needs. You’ll mentor developers while remaining hands-on with code and collaborate with architects and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, IT or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a team leadership role.
• Strong hands-on with .NET/C#, REST APIs and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum and pull-request workflows.
• People management, coaching and performance development knowledge.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and clean architecture; Vue 3/TypeScript advantageous.
