Job summary

Ad Talent Africa is seeking an experienced Software Development Team Lead to drive delivery of high-quality software solutions in their IT team. You will mentor developers while staying hands-on with code and take ownership of team performance and technical standards.

You will oversee development using .NET, C# and REST APIs, plan sprints, review code and coordinate releases with Azure DevOps. Strong leadership and architectural knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• At least 7 years of software development experience, incl. 2 years in a team leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET (C#), REST APIs and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum and pull‑request workflows.
• People management, coaching and performance development.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and clean architecture.
• Vue 3 and TypeScript exposure is advantageous.
