You will assist program coordinators with day-to-day operations, client support, and outreach activities, contributing to the smooth functioning of essential programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education or training is advantageous.
• Experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in social services or community setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse community members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to program coordinators, including scheduling, data entry, and record keeping.
• Assist in the coordination and delivery of community workshops, events, and outreach activities.
• Interact with program participants, providing information and basic support as needed.
• Help manage program supplies and resources, ensuring availability for activities.
• Assist with client intake processes and follow-up communications.
