Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably within arts or educational settings.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organization, and implementation of arts workshops, exhibitions, and performances.
• Provide administrative support: scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
• Communicate effectively with artists, participants, volunteers, and community partners.
• Manage event logistics including venue setup, materials, and on-site support.
• Help track program budgets and manage supplies inventory.
