On Line Personnel is seeking a Social Media Specialist for a permanent role based in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. You will build monthly content across platforms, plan paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google, and collaborate with influencers to grow brand presence.

You will also create trend-driven video content for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, monitor analytics, and publish weekly performance reports to inform strategy. This role demands multi-brand experience and strong reporting skills.

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years in social media, digital marketing or paid media.
• Qualification in Marketing, Communications or Digital Media.
• Hands-on paid campaigns with ROAS and CPC results.
• Capable of concepting and editing short-form video for TikTok/Reels.
• Able to read platform analytics and compile reports.
• Experience managing multiple brand accounts is a plus.
• Candidates must provide links to social accounts or campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage monthly content calendar across platforms.
• Plan, build, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google.
• Identify, onboard and manage influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Attend brand events to capture and publish real-time content.
• Produce trend-led video for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
• Design and execute User generated content campaigns to drive brand advocacy.
• Monitor comments, DMs and mentions with brand consistency.
• Track KPIs and publish weekly snapshots and monthly deep-dives.
• Run regular competitor reviews and suggest strategy.
• Identify and manage brand collaborations and co-marketing partnerships.
