Job summary

Staff Solutions is seeking a creative, proactive Social Media Manager in the Oos-Kaap region to lead content strategy across multiple brands. You will plan monthly calendars, coordinate on-brand content, and stay ahead of social trends.

You will manage paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google, build influencer relationships, coordinate events and short-form video, run UGC campaigns, and monitor analytics to optimise performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in social media, digital marketing, paid media or related role.
• Experience managing both organic and paid content.
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
• Experience running paid campaigns with measurable results (ROAS, CPC).
• Strong content creation skills for short-form video.
• Basic video editing competency.
• Proficient in interpreting social media analytics and reports.
• Experience managing multiple brand accounts is advantageous.

Responsibilities
