Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in program management, social impact assessment, or community development within the non-profit sector.
• Demonstrated understanding of the socio-economic landscape of the Western Cape, particularly George.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage social impact programs aligned with the organization's strategic goals in George, Western Cape.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with local NGOs, community leaders, and governmental bodies.
• Develop frameworks for monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness, impact, and sustainability.
