Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging virtual training and workshops
• Excellent online facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience with digital collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Miro, Slack)
• Strong understanding of sustainability principles and social development challenges
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines remotely
• Experience in report writing and data analysis
• A passion for creating positive social and environmental change
• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
