Placements24 is seeking a Community Development Facilitator for a fully remote role, to lead community empowerment initiatives across South Africa, including Paarl. You will work with residents, leaders, and partners to identify needs and design sustainable solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least four years of experience in development, facilitation, or grassroots organizing. Strong remote communication and project management skills are essential.
