About the Role

This is a fully remote opportunity for a dedicated Social Impact Lead to join our client's mission-driven organization. Based anywhere in South Africa but operating primarily in the digital sphere, you will be responsible for spearheading initiatives that create positive social change. You will drive the strategy, development, and execution of programs aimed at addressing critical community needs. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of social impact principles and a passion for leveraging technology to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working autonomously and collaborating effectively with a geographically dispersed team. You will have the opportunity to shape and influence the direction of our client's social impact efforts from the ground up, working entirely from your home office. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in building and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
• Strong understanding of impact measurement frameworks and reporting.
