Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Slot Technician.
• Technical degree or certification in electronics or similar field.
• Strong knowledge of slot machine operations and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications for working on a cruise ship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on all slot machines onboard the cruise ship.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure machines are in optimal condition.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and order replacements as needed.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.
• Train and assist other crew members in basic slot machine maintenance.
• Communicate with management regarding any issues with the machines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while working on the machines.
• Keep the slot machine area clean and organized at all times.
