Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar leadership role in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulatory compliance.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations on site.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage diverse teams.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction docs.
• Trade qualification or certification in construction supervision is advantageous.
