Job summary

Placements24 seeks an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects in Pietermaritzburg. You will manage day-to-day operations on-site, coordinating labor, materials and equipment while ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

You will lead on-site teams, enforce safety standards, read blueprints, and coordinate with project managers and clients to report progress and address issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
