Placements24 is seeking a diligent Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations across Durban projects. You will coordinate trades, ensure work aligns with blueprints, and uphold safety and quality standards in a dynamic environment.

With at least five years of hands-on supervisory experience in construction, you will read plans, manage subcontractors, and maintain accurate site logs while driving project progress on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• A relevant trade qualification or a Diploma in Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a supervisory role on construction sites.
• Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations applicable in Durban.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Supervise and direct daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
