Job summary

Placements24 seeks an Experienced Site Supervisor in Tembisa, Gauteng, to oversee daily construction activities, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate trades and subcontractors on site.

You will act as the on-site lead, liaising with project managers and clients to report progress, resolve issues, and maintain documentation, with responsibility for a productive and compliant worksite.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Familiarity with the Gauteng construction landscape.
• Relevant trade qualification or certification is a plus.
