Placements24 seeks a Site Sanitation Manager to oversee sanitation and hygiene operations at a large industrial site in Polokwane, Limpopo. You will lead a team, implement robust sanitation protocols, and ensure compliance with health and environmental regulations.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong operations management, risk assessment, and the ability to coordinate with production and maintenance to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of sanitation management experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cleaning/sanitation teams.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Familiar with health, safety, and environmental regulations in Polokwane, Limpopo.
• Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage site-wide sanitation programs.
• Supervise, train, and mentor sanitation workers.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits for compliance.
• Manage procurement, inventory, and distribution of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Maintain sanitation equipment and PPE compliance.
• Maintain records of activities, training, inspections, and usage.
