Placements24 is seeking a diligent Site Operations Manager to oversee all operational activities at their East London facility. You will drive safe, efficient, and compliant site operations, lead the on-site team, and ensure productive daily routines in the Eastern Cape region.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in operations management or engineering, brings 5+ years of site operations leadership, and has a proven record of budgeting, safety compliance, and delivering site projects on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of site operations management experience.
• Proven track record of leading operational teams and ensuring site safety.
• Strong knowledge of procedures, safety regulations, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and site resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of site operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity.
• Supervise daily activities of site personnel and operational teams.
