You will lead site staff, manage resources, and implement strategies to improve productivity. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 4 years of site/operations management experience, with strong leadership and health & safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in site or operations management.
• Proven experience in managing teams and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
