Job summary

Greys Personnel is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate employees, and ensure staffing for client requirements. You will support HR, IR, payroll, health and safety, and general operational processes on site.

Responsibilities include supervising employees, maintaining client relationships, monitoring attendance and performance, conducting inductions, and ensuring compliance with safety rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Site Supervisor role within the TES, Logistics, or Warehousing industry.
• Proven experience in staff supervision and site operations.
• Sound knowledge of HR and IR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational requirements.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Valid Drivers Licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations and supervise employees.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure staffing requirements are met.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and conduct; coordinate replacements.
• Conduct site inductions and safety briefings.
• Support HR, IR, payroll, and admin processes.
• Ensure accurate timesheets and payroll data.
