Job summary

Greys Recruitment is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate employee activities, and maintain strong client relationships. The role supports HR, IR, payroll, health and safety, and general operational processes.

The successful candidate will ensure staffing requirements are met, manage attendance and performance, and lead a team to deliver productive site operations. A valid driver’s licence and robust communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Site Supervisor role within TES, logistics, or warehousing.
• Proven experience in staff supervision and site operations.
• Sound knowledge of HR and IR processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Valid Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate employees on site.
• Maintain client headcount and ensure shifts are filled.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and conduct; coordinate replacements as needed.
• Conduct regular check-ins and communicate effectively with employees.
• Build and maintain candidate pools to meet staffing needs; escalate as required.
• Maintain strong client relationships; provide staffing updates and address queries.
• Promote health, safety, and compliance across the site and ensure PPE is issued.
• Apply HR/IR processes, assist with disciplinary matters, and maintain records.
• Coordinate payroll-related timesheets and ensure accurate hours are captured.
• Provide accurate staffing information and keep records up to date.
