Job summary

Pro Select Consulting is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead on-site operations across construction projects in Durban. You will oversee daily activities, manage on-site teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects meet timelines and budgets.

Ideal candidates have proven site supervision experience in construction or civil engineering, with an Engineering Diploma advantageous. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, along with knowledge of health and safety
