Job summary

Kelly and Quest is seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee service delivery on client sites for work-at-height and material handling equipment. You will clock onto site, inspect PPE and safety files, plan logistics for machines, and ensure all safety rules are followed.

Travel may be required. You will train customers, update fleet/utilization models, prepare quotations, supervise operators, and ensure timely invoicing and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years Supervisory experience in a technical environment or
• 3 years' experience on technical machine equipment operation
• Knowledge of work of height machinery and equipment
• Industry specific knowledge i.e. mining, construction, light & heavy industrial
• Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, Word.

Responsibilities

• Clock onto site
• Inspect PPE, safety file for each operator
• Plan Logistics of machines to departments
• Ensure all safety rules are followed
• Collect all works orders & Assessments for the next day
• Visit planner and supervisors daily according to call cycle
• Visit plant and do assessments as required
• Update fleet board, utilization and savings model
• Prepare and submit quotations and follow up with client
• Supervise operators to ensure work is carried out in the correct way and by company standards
• Train customers on machines as needed
• Ensure machines on site are kept clean and in operating condition
• Attend daily maintenance and planning meetings
• Attend toolbox talks with customers to ensure topics are discussed and risks identified
