Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Site Manager for on-site leadership across multiple residential construction sites in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. You will oversee day-to-day operations, enforce safety, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, practical knowledge of residential construction, and the ability to coordinate with the project team and clients to deliver high-quality living spaces in the Durban area.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related trade.
• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of South African building regulations and OHS Act.
• Strong leadership, organizational and time-management skills.

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities safely and per plans and specs.
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors, tradespeople and laborers.
